This unique market is nestled within Windmill City Farm, a beautiful oasis in the heart of Bedminster. Explore handcrafted treasures, support local artisans, and find eco-conscious, thoughtful gifts.

Here you can meet many makers from our Makers Marketplace in ‘real life’.

The market takes place on the first Saturday of the month – April through to December 2023.

What’s on at Windmill Hill Market?

The market stalls feature fabulous independent brands, vintage, and food & drink produce.

Our talented artist makers, traders and producers offer an inspiring shopping experience. Look no further for original gifts as well as ethical products to live well with.

An exciting selection of street food is on offer to sustain you while you shop. The menus change with each market.

Bruhaha Nano Brewery’s Pop Up Tap Room offers delicious beer styles from around the world. Brewed on the farm site, some are even flavoured with fruits and botanicals from the farm. There’s also wine and cider.

The Farm’s cafe offers home-cooked, carefully sourced food. Lots of outdoor space and picnic tables are available.

The event is very child-friendly. There are children’s activities as well as the Farm’s gardens, trails and animals to visit.

Live music adds to the atmosphere, reflecting Bristol’s talent-fuelled music scene.

Colourful Minds Art Club at Windmill Hill Market

Each month we’ll make a themed project with different art materials and play.

Perfect for kids from 2 – 11 years old to get creative – parents are welcome to join in too!

Workshops take place in the Children’s Play Area.

About Windmill Hill Market

Bristol Market joined forces in 2022 with Windmill Hill City Farm and Square Route Events to create this exciting new market in Bristol. The first three (hugely successful!) markets took place in autumn 2022, and resumed in April 2023.
